Minecraft - 60 Pixel Ticker (12x5)
Finally completed the ticker I had designed. Has 5 rows of 12 pixels each for the display. Each row has 40 bits of memory that is go through for a total 200 bits of memory. This was built on my multiplayer server with the help of Bemoliph and seems to result in odd behavior with pixels getting desynchronized from other ones. I'm guessing there is max number of gates that can be updated per cycle which results in it slowly desynchronizing over time. I need to try to have my memory selection signal be 1 more cycle so the flicker isn't as bad.

There was only one room, though, and notwith a particularly interesting tricks. www.youtube.com 21: 0.00 bis 02.37 Clock - Probably the most difficult segment, according to the game If you're curious, you can video of Niko's here. Minecart the race can sometimes really cheap, and everything is above dodging Spike is still difficult, no matter how many times you do it. I was very pleased to finally reach the save point. 22: from 2.37 bis 05.28 Clock - The Dragon boss was very difficult the first time I fought, but I think I've learned to dodgeyellow devil is to attack. It 's more likely to glitch a lot when I was struggling to Hard mode, but this time it is not. Hmm. Also to start a glitchy video at the end of the segment. 23: 5.28 bis 07.02 Clock - There are a couple of seconds at the beginning where you screwed up, but all I did was activated directly in the fire. This is one of those segments in which there are many hard tricks, but nothing that deserves a special mention. Over the last 10 years there have been a lot of cool computer games on the market. I remember one of the first games I ever played was the first version of prince of Persia, at the time a very entertaining game. After that I moved on to quake and quake 2, which lead to grand theft auto. When grand theft auto came out it really revolutionized computer games and especially the multiplayer function was really interesting.
The next big step that came in computer games was when red alert and starcraft came out, these games where so cool and you could literally spend hours on these two games alone. Especially playing the multiplayer version really boosted the ratings of these games. They were your typical strategy games where you would build a base, upgrade it, protect it and then of course go to war with your opponents. Right now they are producing starcraft two and millions of people around the world are eagerly awaiting the release of this specific game.
However, of all the games ever produced the adventure games continue to be the most popular ones. Today the undeniably most popular one is World of Warcraft. I remember back in the day when Everquest was the most popular one. Everquest was literally a universe of its own; a world where you could spend hundreds of hours and time would just fly by.
There are several reasons why these games are so popular. The first reason is that it is an online game and it allows you to interact with other people from all over the world, social interaction is actually a very big part of these games. The second reason is that it fulfills our human need of constantly feeling like we are developing and improving, in these games you go up in levels and your skills become better the more you play.

Wanted to own your own restaurant in your own neighborhood? Well, Rebecca and Robert did it...in their own unique way! In Turbo Pizza, Rebecca found an old castle on sale which is very cheap. So she bought the place to develop it into a pizza restaurant. It's unique and no other dining places selling pizza so...business can be quite brisk if you help Rebecca to manage it well. In this game, Robert's relationship to Rebecca is not defined but I assume he's Rebecca's father. He is supporting Rebecca in her business operation too! Helping her to paint the place, making the dough, buying more machines, well...you name it, and you'll have it.
First learn some basics of customer service, then learn how to make pizza before getting to full scale. I like it when Rebecca is picking some pizza dough to put it in the oven, as in the background, Robert will automatically make some more dough to replace the one that is taken. Very nice graphic and cute sounds too.
Same with other time management game, if you make a combo move, you will earn extra points. Take two items to serve the customers, like the coke and cake at both hands, left and right. In this way, you will serve the customers in short time too. Or take the same items together, like the money paid by two or more customers. The coffee machine and the pop corn machine need some time to churn out the stuffs you need. So turn on the machine first thing when you open the fast food restaurant. To get Turbo Pizza really 'turbo' and fast, make sure you get the oven heated too! Take care of the youngsters who come into your shop as they can get pretty impatient. Serve them fast and prompt!
Can be very exciting, holding many things and serving the customers at the same time. The money that you earn at every level can be used to buy new decorations to your restaurants, change it from dingy place to a warm and beautiful one. Get the money to upgrade your pizza making skills or buy some newer and greater machine! This is very engaging as it is interactive by involving you as the gamer to upgrade the restaurant.
Turbo Pizza is a good one to play with. Enjoy and make your fastest pizza in the world. Be creative in handling the food and some customer service skills counts to make it to the top level. I had a greaaaatt time with it. And how about you? Try Turbo Pizza.

Next Generation of Computer Video Games and Virtual Reality

In the next generation of computer games we will see the computer program actually designing itself as the player plays along. Currently in computer games, video games and virtual reality if you were on a racetrack in a racecar you cannot go off the racetrack without crashing. And you may only be allowed to go one direction and you cannot do everything, which may want to do.
For instance if you're playing the computer game and it is a football game and you were on the field as one of the players you cannot go up into the stands by hot dog, walk-through the tunnel, buy a beer and then walk into the parking lot get in a car and drive away to an In and Out Hamburger Joint or go see a movie.
Indeed it is obvious why you cannot do his, but what if you could? Well, that would probably be a very expensive computer game, video game wouldn't or virtual reality system to make or buy? And it might take a programmer their whole life just to program and design it for every potential eventuality in first place.
In the Next Generation of computer video games and virtual reality you will be able to do just that. Being trapped in a current computer game would suck, but designing and playing in a Matrix is indeed the future of computer gaming and virtual reality and that is the next generation of computer games. Consider all this in 2006.
